I’m a tall British ex-pat who lives in Norway. My wife and I live in Oslo and I work at the International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO) on arms control and the arms trade, you can find out more about that here.

I chose the title of this blog partly because it was a prase often used by the late Perry D’Angelis.
